For quick, nearby groceries, booze and more there is a Walmart on Paseo De Montejo & Calle 56 where many shop. It is a 20 min walk from Casa 43, or a fast drive / Uber.

For a more comprehensive grocery story, we recommend the Chedraui Selecto Mérida Monterreal. On a map, there is a Sonora Grill in the same strip mall. You’ll need to drive or Uber. They have pretty much everything one needs including more organic choices, meats and seafood.
